Canal Valley Society is accessible via Canal Bank Road and connects through to Multan Road, placing it in the same broader southern Lahore corridor as Marghzar Colony, Bahria Town, and Sukh Chain Society — though it’s a separate scheme from all three.
The society’s Canal Bank Road access is its main selling point: it puts residents within reach of Bahria Town and the Sukh Chain Gardens area without being inside either development. For buyers who want proximity to these larger, more established societies at a different price point, that positioning matters.
We don’t currently have listings of our own in Canal Valley, so rather than guess at pricing, we’d rather be direct: if you’re considering a plot here, confirm the society’s development authority approval status, the actual possession status of the specific plot (file vs. physical possession), and current asking prices directly before making any commitment. These fundamentals matter more in newer or less-established schemes than in a name-brand society with decades of track record.
Canal Valley may suit buyers specifically drawn to the Canal Bank Road corridor and its proximity to Bahria Town, who are comfortable doing the extra diligence that any less-established society requires. If you’d rather buy in an area with a long, well-documented resale history, Marghzar Colony or DHA are safer starting points.
